What exactly is a done-for-you homeschool document service?

It means we do everything for you. You do not download a template, figure out software, or spend hours trying to make something look professional. You give us your student's information, we design your documents from scratch, and we deliver polished print-ready files straight to your inbox. You just print and use them.

Are your documents officially recognized?

Homeschool diplomas and transcripts are created and issued by the homeschool parent as the legal educator of their child. Our documents are professionally designed to meet the standard formatting that colleges, employers, and institutions expect to see. We design them. You as the parent sign and issue them. That is how homeschool documentation legally works in every state.

What states do you serve?

We serve homeschool families in all 50 states. If you have specific state requirements let us know and we will make sure your documents reflect them.

Do you offer documents for all homeschool methods?

Absolutely. Whether you are classical, Charlotte Mason, eclectic, unschooling, or using a full boxed curriculum — we document your child's education professionally regardless of your method.

Can I use these documents for college applications?

Yes. Our Full Records Package is specifically designed with college applications in mind. It includes everything college admissions offices expect to see from homeschool applicants.

About The Process

How long does the process take?

Once we receive your completed intake form you can expect your proof within 3—5 business days. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Contact us before ordering if you need expedited service.

What happens after I place my order?

You receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment. Within 24 hours we send you a simple intake form. You complete the form and return it with your student's information. We design your documents within 3—5 business days. You review your proof and request any revisions. We deliver your final print-ready files to your inbox.

What information do I need to provide?

Generally you will need your student's full legal name, date of birth, graduation year, list of completed courses and grades, credit hours, GPA if applicable, and your family school name. The intake form walks you through everything clearly.

What if I do not have all my records organized?

Do the best you can with what you have. Many homeschool families come to us without perfect records and we help them piece it together professionally. If you need help reconstructing records just let us know and we will guide you through it.

What if I need my documents faster than 3—5 business days?

Rush orders are available. Contact us before placing your order and we will let you know availability and the rush fee. We do our best to accommodate urgent needs especially around graduation season.

About Revisions & Delivery

How many revisions do I get?

Every package includes one round of revisions. This means you can request changes to names, dates, formatting, or design elements after you see your proof. Additional revision rounds are available for $25 each.

What format will my files be delivered in?

All final files are delivered as high resolution PDFs ready for professional or home printing. If you need a specific file format contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

How will I receive my files?

Your final files are delivered digitally straight to your inbox via secure file transfer. You download them, save them, and print them whenever you are ready. We recommend saving a copy to Google Drive for safekeeping.

What size are the documents?

Diplomas are designed at standard 8.5 x 11 inches and can also be printed at 11 x 14 for a more traditional diploma look. All other documents are standard 8.5 x 11. Let us know if you need a different size.

About Payment & Policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe and PayPal. Both options are secure and your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Are there refunds?

All sales are final once the intake form has been submitted and design work has begun. If you have not yet submitted your intake form and need to cancel please contact us within 24 hours of your order and we will work with you.

Can I order for more than one child?

Yes. Each package covers one student. Simply place a separate order for each child. Contact us before ordering if you have multiple children and we will discuss family pricing options.

Do you offer payment plans?

Not at this time. All packages are paid in full at checkout. We have kept our pricing accessible so that every homeschool family can get the professional documentation their child deserves.

What does the Annual Records Retainer include?

The retainer covers ongoing record maintenance and updates for one student throughout the school year. At the end of the year you receive a fully updated professional transcript ready for whatever comes next. Your retainer renews annually at the same rate of $197.
